Description:

Black shell bead belt with open white cross, flanked by white cross and dot design and a white checkered triangle. Purchased from William O. Oldman in 1906.

Note the anomaly in the placement of two white beads in the checkered triangle on the right. This belt is similar to the Abenake Wedding Belt with the exception the Wedding belt is white, no anamoly in bead placement and had 9 rows and length (R.D. Hamell)
